New Beginnings for my husband and I, and our family....we will be moving to Colorado Springs, CO in March. Praying for the sale of our home here in Iowa and that God will lead, guide and direct us toward the right home in Colorado. Looking forward to see what all God will do.
Raylene, I'm visiting from Wendy's blog.
ReplyDeleteI so appreciated your comment concerning Enoch being Cain's son. What thrills me in realizing this is how the cycle of sin can change in future generations. I have a godly heritage and grew up in a Christian home, but what an encouragement this would be for many. Captivity in sins past doesn't have to dictate the future. I also wonder what Cain would have said to Enoch as he was growing up. I think we have to assume that Cain learned from the consequences of his selfishness. I like to imagine Cain teaching Enoch of the Lord. It tenders my heart to think of the relationship God had with Enoch.
So glad you shared your comment. I would have missed this beautiful example of restoration.
Blessings,
